Mr. Goethe holds a BA in Finance from the University of Florida and has
completed the School of Mortgage Banking. Mr. Goethe has over 30 years
of mortgage lending experience. Prior to joining Xetus he was Chairman
and CEO of Regions Mortgage Inc. for 12 years, responsible for the
oversight of Regions’ mortgage banking activities including originations,
servicing and operations. Prior to that, Mr. Goethe served 8 years as
Citicorp Mortgage’s Chief of Staff and then 12 years as President and
CEO of Citizens Mortgage Corp. Mr. Goethe serves on the board of
trustees for the Alabama Real Estate Research Economic Center and the
MBA’s Council for Habitat for Humanity. He is the past President of the
MBA of Alabama and the National MBA Board of Governors.
